Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your piece. If it isn't right, returns are simple.
Our promise
- 30 days to return or exchange from the date of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and dust bag included
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return
How to return
- Email info@valtorreferronte.com with your order number
- We'll send you a return label and instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back
Exchanges
Want a different colour or style? Note it in your return email and we'll reserve your preferred piece while your return is in transit.
Return shipping within the EU is complimentary for exchanges. For refunds, a €6.95 return fee is deducted unless the item arrived faulty.
