Everyday care

• Store your bag in its dust bag, ideally stuffed lightly to hold its shape
• Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight and heat sources
• Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after use
• Avoid over-filling — it stresses seams and hardware

If it gets wet

Blot — don't rub — with a clean cloth and let it air dry naturally, away from radiators. Condition once fully dry.

Conditioning

Apply a neutral leather conditioner two to three times a year to keep the leather supple. Always patch-test first.

Every piece is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months. If something isn't right, email info@valtorreferronte.com with photos and your order number, and we'll make it right.
